Having given us all the
Lords Supper to observe, Jesus now reveals to the twelve that He is being
betrayed by one of them, saying, 21 But
behold, the hand of My betrayer is with Me on the table. 22 And
truly the Son of Man goes as it has been determined, but woe to that man by
whom He is betrayed!” vs. 21-22 Now when the
disciples heard Jesus say this they began question amongst themselves who would
do this (vs. 23), and though Jesus knew it was Judas Iscariot He did not name
him (Mark 14:20), for the Scripture must be fulfilled.
